also threating to arrest, but will not tell who the debt is with,claims to be a court offical,but wont save which court, i am contacting my state ag

Called and didn't leave a voicemail.

Every day between 8 and 8:30 a.m. we receive a call from this number. My wife tells the caller every day to stop calling and that we are not interested in refinancing our home. She also tells them to take us off their list.

it is definitely a kent hospital # I called Kent and asked about it, however, it could just be someone calling from a payphone in the hospital. it does not mean they have been admitted

This person claims that they are a Lawyer and that he would take me to court and have me served and arrested and lose my job. They state that they had tried to get ahold of me via email...it was probably in the junk mail if they did and I never received the information. I was never received any information in the mail. They want x amount of money today or else they will send it to the courts.

keeps call saying I am going to jail and cussing me out with his indian accent...I do not owe any payday loan

This no. keeps calling but you cannot return it. Very bizaare & annoying.

calls late in evening, if you dont answer they call 10 times in 20 minutes & leave no message
